We will take charge of annual city, health, and insurance inspections. By having systems tested during summer months and providing pre-inspections of the property, we work to reduce the number of possible violations, allowing us to complete inspections and satisfy the inspectors and the university efficiently and effectively.


Facility Managers Inc. provides development of important 3-year, 5-year, 10-year, and 20-year capital plans and annual maintenance plans, which will provide critical, specific, and sound direction when you need to make decisions for your facility.


We provide a portal for your facility so that you have all information about items that are routinely bought: make and model, point of purchase, and cost, as well as particulars about paint, colors schemes, light bulbs, service contracts, replacement doors, and carpeting.

Non Maintenance Items

In addition to regular maintenance, we manage paperwork for the university and city, troubleshoot internet issues, service video security systems, maintain key systems, and manage food service. We experience these issues at other houses and typically know the best practices for resolving them.
