1. House opens when school starts in mid-August.

2. Winter break closing. House closes the last day of finals and opens when classes start in mid-January. The house must be vacant.

3. Summer closing. The house closes mid-May on the last day of finals. Members must take all personal items!

The Condo Associations is responsible for all common elements such as drive ways, landscape, roofs, exterior paint, and siding. 

Owners are responsible for limited elements such as doors, windows, and items that are specific to the owners unit.
